- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They sent me a USED mouth guard. (They also sent me someone else's). I kindly returned the other persons AND mine, as it had been sent to someone else who had opened it, etc. They were extremely difficult with the whole process, only partially returned my money, charging almost 40% of the cost for the 'impressions kit'. I would understand that (it's in the agreement) if I was returning for my own reasons, but I was returning because they sent me one that was USED. Gross. Can't talk to a real person.
